Maksym Krippa, owner of Parus Business Center and Ukraine Hotel, continues to expand his investments by making a strategic move into the construction industry. His new cooperation with the development company DIM opens up prospects in the residential real estate sector.
According to the press service of Dom-Bud, the agreement between the parties has been successfully completed, and the key areas of partnership have already been identified. For Krippa, this means further strengthening his position in the real estate sector, where he already owns significant assets in the commercial and hotel segments.
The last two years have been a period of active expansion in commercial real estate for Maksym Krippa, and now he is focusing on the residential sector. According to DIM founder Oleksandr Nasikovsky, the new partner will help not only complete current projects but also start working on large-scale construction initiatives.
One of the key projects in which Maksym Krippa will participate is The One residential complex. Its location is just 400 meters from the investor-owned Parus business center.
“I’m not just joining DIM as a partner, but becoming a co-owner of the group of companies,” emphasizes Maksym Krippa, emphasizing his active role in the development of the development business.
Maksym Krippa becomes a co-owner of DIM Development Group
DIM is one of the leading residential real estate developers in Kyiv and the region, with a portfolio of over 900,000 sq m of completed and planned properties. The company has sold 356 thousand square meters of residential and commercial space, providing new homes to 3,670 families. Currently, DIM is actively working on six large-scale residential complexes with a total area of 346 thousand square meters.
Maksym Krippa’s investments open up new prospects for the company: they will allow it not only to complete the already launched projects but also to initiate new ones. Thanks to financial support, DIM will be able to reduce its dependence on sales at the initial stages of construction, which will contribute to the stable development and smooth implementation of projects.
Given Maksym Krippa’s experience in real estate management and development, his involvement in DIM could play an important role in the company’s further growth. As the owner of Parus Business Center and Ukraine Hotel, he has already proven to be an effective manager capable of developing and improving iconic properties.
Despite the differences between commercial and residential real estate, managing large-scale assets gives the businessman a strategic advantage. His expertise in market analytics, ability to increase the profitability of facilities, and efficiently implement large infrastructure projects will be a significant contribution to the development of DIM. This will allow the company to strengthen its position in residential construction and scale its projects.
