The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has announced that it has granted permission to Ola Fine LLC, owned by investor Maksym Krippa, to acquire Parus Holding LLC, owned by Vadym Stolar. According to the YouControl service, Ola Fine LLC operates through the ARS Capital fund, which is managed by a well-known businessman.

Businessman Vadym Stolar, through his Genesis fund, owned 80% of the shares of Parus Holding LLC, which owns the Parus business center located in the heart of Kyiv. The remaining 20% is owned by Vadym Stolar’s ex-wife, Inna Maistruk, through the Stream Investment fund.

Classified as Class A, the 33-storey Parus Business Center with an area of 70,000 square meters is one of the most prominent real estate properties in the capital.

This deal comes on the heels of the previous sale of the business center by renowned developer Vagif Aliyev to Vadym Stolar in early February 2021.
